The ceramic support to be enameled products are
made from atomized clay following a process of fast
firing in monolayer kiln. This type of process allows
to guarantee to our clients a practically null percentage
of breakage in second baking, a high resolution of the
relief and a remarkable increase us of productivity
with respect to the traditional ceramic bisque tile.
The atomized clay allows to obtain a very homogenous
surface of the piece, and to get better results with
smaller quantity of enamel in the second baking. The
monolayer roller kiln admits more pronounced relief
at the piece, more precise surface, and a great freedom
in the configuration of the back of the ceramic bisque
tile.
On the back of the piece, it is possible to elaborate
a relief smaller than 0.3 mm. This makes disappear the
defects in the face enameled and diminishes the necessary
amount of sticky cement. The freedom of design in the
back of the tile allows to create a product in which
the image of both sides of the piece agrees, or to adapt
the reverse design of the product to the manufacturer
distinguishing design.
